Rinker Therapy and wellness
*Now accepting new clients*
COVID-19 has impacted us in a unique away that has left many people with uncertainty and in need of mental health resources while we navigate our new normal. I take a client centered approach that combines a holistic and spiritual integration into my practice. Whether you are someone who is new to therapy or someone who has been before I offer a uniquely tailored experience for each client. I work well with those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, infidelity, grief, trauma, and those who want to work on self-compassion, identity building, communication skills and creating meaningful connections.
I have been trained to be culturally and spiritually sensitive as well when creating individualized treatment plans. I prefer strength based approach to therapy and interventions and love to utilize an integrative approach to theory while collaborating with you on what works best. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and those wanting to explore sexual issues in therapy.
If you feel that I am the right fit, contact me today! I am looking forward to working with you!
