Welcome to the practice of Northwest Couple and Family therapy! I specialize in systemic, relational individual and couples therapy. For those seeking couples therapy, I can support you in processing past hurts, issues with intimacy, ruptures in trust, and other stressors that may be putting strain on your relationship. I do so by assisting you and your partner in navigating conflict, integrating differences, and positively reconnecting with one another.
I am here to listen and support you through the emotional struggles and painful interactions that can occur within your life, love, and relationships. In our work together, my hope is for you to cultivate lifelong change within yourself and your relationships that you may be longing for in order to find relief, heal and to live a satisfying, fulfilling life.
I have a Master’s Degree in Couple and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. I have been participating in advanced training courses on couple’s therapy at the Couples Institute in Menlo Park, California. I utilize mindfulness practices, attachment theory, and neuroscience in my work.
